Great work to the EDCSAR for rescuing the dog and returning it to safety. More importantly, we hope Moscow recovers well from their injuries. This is a polite, friendly reminder if you are planning to go on a hike with your dog, please make sure the dog is on a leash. As always, please be safe out there!
