DCSAR Rescues Injured Snowboarder on Mount Bachelor
On Sunday, October 26th, the Deschutes County Search and Rescue team and other volunteers aided a 29-year-old snowboarder on Mount Bachelor after he fell and collided with a rock on the Cinder Cone area ,where he suffered injuries to his hip and ribs.
Fifteen search and rescue volunteers brought the snowboarder safely down to a snowcat road. Read more here
