
Custer County SAR Rescues Woman in ATV Accident
Over the weekend, the Custer County Search and Rescue team and other volunteers aided a woman who crashed her ATV down into an embankment on Rainbow Trail, where her condition is unknown.
The trail runs for more than 100 miles down the east side of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and is described as strenuous with loose, rocky sections and steep stretches. Read more here
