
CCSOSAR Rescues Hikers and Dogs Near Mount Saint Helens
Last Thursday, the Cowlitz County Sheriff's Office Search and Rescue team rescued two hikers and their dogs at Coldwater Lake near Mt. St. Helens after being stranded in the snow.

This is a reminder to make sure you are wearing the appropriate clothes for the hike, as there is some snow in the mountains. Furthermore, make sure you map out a plan for your hiking trip from start to finish and back home while also letting someone know where you are located.
