BCSAR Rescues Injured Woman in Gibson Jack Area
On Tuesday morning, the Bannock County Search and Rescue and other volunteers rescued an injured woman down an embankment in the Gibson Jack area after going on a solo ATV ride around midnight and was due to be back home but never showed up the next morning.
“It’s nighttime; you’re going up steep terrain. This portion of the trail is very steep, very narrow. Your sight is limited, so you’re having to just use your headlights and that’s the best you can do in the dark,” Zweigart said. Read more here
