Avalanche Kills Snowboarder in Ophir
A 67-year-old man was killed in the Waterfall Creek area of Ophir on Monday after an avalanche caught the snowboarder.
The sheriff’s office identified the victim as Dr. Peter Harrelson, 67, a longtime Ophir resident. Read more here
