American Airlines Plane and Military Helicopter Crashes into Each Other in The Potomac River
Last night, tragedy struck as American Airlines Flight 5342 flew from Wichita, KS to Washington D.C., carrying 60 people, and a military helicopter, carrying 3 people crashed into each other in the Potomac River where authorities believed there are no survivors in this incident.
An FAA statement Wednesday night said: "A PSA Airlines Bombardier CRJ700 regional jet collided in midair with a Sikorsky H-60 helicopter while on approach to Runway 33 at Reagan Washington National Airport around 9 p.m. local [Eastern] time. Read more here
