Hiker rescued After Falling Down From Embankment Near Ainsworth State Park
The Multnomah SAR teams came to the rescue last Thursday, November 27th, for a hiker who suffered a fall from an embankment near Ainsworth State Park.
The sheriff's office believes the man fell down a 15-foot embankment and was covered by large rocks.
